Terms of use
These terms explain how Gainbud’s research workspace may be used. Last updated 2 November 2026.
Trial and research plans
Your first account sign-in starts one 30-day trial with all current features and published fair-use allowances: 30 council reports, 300 assistant questions and 60 quick IPO reviews, with daily caps. Signing in again does not reset it. No card is required. Paid personal research plans are ₹99, ₹299, ₹499 and ₹999 for 30 days, with their exact allowances shown on the pricing page before purchase. A purchase is manual, not an automatic renewal. No recurring payment mandate is created. Customer prices are final INR amounts; Gainbud is not GST-registered and does not separately collect GST.
Payments and allowances
Checkout is available only when merchant approval and payment configuration permit it. Test checkout is for administrator integration checks and does not collect real funds. Server verification of a captured payment activates a paid 30-day period. Do not rely only on a browser success message. Allowances do not roll over. Automatic retries share the original research reservation; failed research requests return the allowance. Published source coverage and service availability still apply. Saved reports remain readable after a plan ends; market pages, watchlist, charts, news and calculators remain available.
Cancellation and refunds
Manual plans do not renew automatically, so there is no recurring debit to cancel. Stop renewing to end future paid periods. For a failed or duplicate charge, missing access, or an unused-plan refund request, use the refund policy and contact support with the payment reference. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
Research purpose
Gainbud provides educational investment research, sourced market observations, news links and illustrative calculations. It does not execute trades, handle investment funds, guarantee allotments or guarantee returns. Decide independently whether an investment fits your circumstances.
Your account
Keep your account credentials private. You are responsible for the questions and information you submit. Do not share access to another person’s private account or attempt to bypass account boundaries or usage limits.
Information and availability
Quotes, NAVs, issue terms, GMP and news come from external sources with different publication times and coverage. Data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Verify material facts against official offer documents, exchange filings and fund documents. Features and service availability may change.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, harassment, scraping private accounts or attacks on the service. Do not upload confidential third-party information without permission.
Third-party content
Linked articles, issuer logos and market data belong to their respective owners. Attribution does not imply partnership or endorsement. Third-party sites apply their own terms and privacy practices.
Practical limits
AI output can be wrong even when sources are listed. Source review is not an audit, certification or a personal recommendation. Nothing on these pages limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
